I’m really surprised by some of the low ratings on this website. I’ve been in contact with the company and been using their products for more than a year now. Brian has always been very gracious in responding to emails quickly with so much shared knowledge.
As mentioned, Brian, one of the customer service reps from the company, has always been super quick in responding and very knowledgeable, and I have no complaints at all about customer service.
The website is good without being great, I guess is the best way to put it. It is a bit of an older design, but it works fine.
I’ve tried multiple products now, including a few of the CBD oils, and the gummies, and even one of the vapes, and they’ve all been really high quality.
I think the CBD market is overpriced in general. That’s not this company’s fault, but it would be good to see some lower priced options available for people without as much cash.
Shipping has always been very fast
I originally bought the blue CBD oil for my dog, who was suffering from terrible arthritis in his knees and ankles. First off, I was really surprised with how amazing the results were, so I then suggested to my mother that she use it also. The results have been very similar. Now most of my family is taking either the blue or the red CBD oil, and we’re all very happy.
I’ve only needed to reach out to customer service once or twice. They’ve been very friendly every time.
